Harv was a great mentor to our son Grant. He worked with him in BSA Troop 27 to earn merit badges. Harv recently took Grant to UMaine Orono campus for the Sportmans Show while representing Search and Rescue. Grant mentioned that as they traveled to Orono Harv told him all kinds of stories of recent rescues! Grant will never forget his kindness and the fun they had ice fishing with the Boy Scouts too! We will miss you Harvey and your sense of humor. I'm so glad we got one last hug at the school retirement party last year. You were one of the first people to welcome me at the high school in 1996 when I didn't know a soul. I'm sorry I never got to make you the braggiole.
